Useful feedback looks like
- "The hardware in the box was 5mm too short once I ran a spacer."
- "Instructions didn't mention you have to drop the exhaust first."
- "Finish is great, but the logo placement is hidden once it's mounted."
- "I'd buy this in raw billet if you offered it."
All of that is actionable. "Didn't like it" isn't — tell us the part, the bike, and what specifically went wrong.
What we want most
- Anything that cost you time on the install. Missing hardware, unclear instructions, a bracket that needed persuading.
- Long-term reports. How does the finish look after a season of road salt, rain and heat cycles? Six months in is more useful to us than day one.
- Gaps in the catalogue. Which part do you keep looking for and not finding?
