Made-to-Order Production

At Black3 Canada, every product is made to order to ensure each part meets our performance, quality, and precision standards.

  • Each component is CNC-machined, individually inspected, and finished after your order is placed.

  • Lead time: approximately 3 weeks from order date to shipment.

  • We manufacture in small batches to maintain consistent quality, fitment, and finish.

  • Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Shipping

All shipments are dispatched from Vancouver, BC (official Canadian distribution center) or China (our manufacturing facility), using Canada Post, UPS, DHL, or Purolator.

  • Delivery time after dispatch: typically 3–15 business days, depending on destination and courier coverage.

  • International shipping is available — we ship worldwide.

⏳ Important:

Because all products are made to order, total delivery time = 3 weeks production + 3–15 business days shipping.

Taxes / Duties for International Orders

For shipments crossing international borders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are not controlled, determined, or collected by Black3 Custom Canada, and are the customer’s responsibility.


Delivery & Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed automatically once your parcel leaves our shop.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — Black3 is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, email black3customofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

All Black3 Canada products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect fitment, or ordering errors.
All made-to-order purchases are final sale.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or quality issue, we will make it right.

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

The item must not have been installed or modified

Clear photos and a description of the issue must be provided

How to Request a Return

  1. Email black3customofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method and share the tracking number with us.

Tip: Keep your shipping receipt — returns without tracking cannot be processed.


Restocking & Fees

  • A 5% restocking fee (minimum $10) applies to non-defective returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 4–10 business days after inspection.

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take 1–2 billing cycles to post the refund.
